experience |
In center for magnetic resonance and spectroscopy I have got a great experience in MRI methods(T1,T2-weighted imaging,MRA,DWI,) using Tomikon S50(Bruker,0,5T) in routine clinical application and Biospec(Bruker,7T) in my scientific researches. In diploma project my aim was to improve and to develop methods of magnetic resonance angiography in diagnostic medicine. My efforts were focused on improving accuracy of PC MRA and MRA visualization of stent in vascular bed. To achieve these aims I designed special experimental device (phantom). It produced streams in certain range of velocities. I measured value of velocities using PC MRA. It allowed me to estimate error of PC MRA. Also I obtained images of stents(put into the phantom) without artifact(TOF MRA) and estimated changes of velocity of the stream(using PC MRA) caused by presence of stent. Besides I took part in oncology project as specialist in MRI data acquisition.
As the result I received strong knowledge in MRI and some skills in routine clinical MRI examination of patients.
